Services described

Pages describe informational rates and consultation formats for desktop crypto tax estimate and transaction summary planning. Published prices are guidance until confirmed in writing for your specific files. Nothing on this site creates a lawyer–client or certified tax agent relationship unless a separate engagement letter says so.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and brand marks belong to CognitSys Digital. You may not copy consultation worksheets we prepare for other clients. Worksheets delivered to you for your tax year are licensed for your personal filing use.

Client responsibilities

You must provide records you are authorized to share and must not upload credentials for accounts you do not control. You remain responsible for filings and for decisions made with your licensed preparer.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, CognitSys Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or from estimates based on incomplete records you supplied. Our aggregate liability related to a paid consultation is limited to the fees you paid for that consultation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
