Data we collect

• Email or phone correspondence you initiate
• Files you voluntarily send for estimate or summary work (trade exports, notes)
• Basic technical logs required to operate the website (essential cookies as described in the cookie notice)

Purposes

We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver consultations, prepare worksheets, and meet record-keeping duties that apply to our practice in Korea.

Retention

Inquiry messages without a booked session are typically kept up to 12 months. Engagement files for completed consultations are retained up to 5 years unless a longer period is required for an active dispute or legal obligation. You may ask us to delete materials earlier when no conflicting duty applies.

Your rights

Subject to Korean privacy law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. International transfers

We host email and file tools that may process data on servers outside Korea. Where such transfers occur, we take steps appropriate under applicable law to protect the information.

Sharing
